First and foremost we are a First Amendment Friendly business. So basically we will host almost anything as long as it is legal.

There are a couple of exceptions though:

1. Child Pornography - Definitely a NO NO! Do not do it, if you are discovered to be hosting child pronography on our servers, we will assist the authorities in your prosecution! 'Nuff said. Additionally your account will be immediately terminated with no refunds given. Additionally we reserve the right to seek both criminal and civil remedies.
2. Warez Sites - Generally speaking, this can be considered criminal activity and if it is brought to our attention that you are hosting warez on our network your account will be immediately terminated with no refunds given. Additionally we reserve the right to seek both criminal and civil remedies.
3. Spam - If you are using our network to send out UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email) we reserve the right to suspend/terminate your account without warning. In the event of a suspension, you will be given a chance to explain what happened, we know that sometimes in the process of setting up various features of a web site and the mail forwarding option you may be flagged for spam, we will consider lifting the suspension and working with you to correct the issue. If it is a case of you abusing our networks then we will immediately terminate your account and you will be held liable for any and all damages.
4. Excessive bandwidth - If you have a site that is bandwidth intensive, you may experience a temporary suspension of your account while we work together to resolve the problem. If you have a need for additional bandwidth for your site(s), then there will be an additional charge based upon the amount of bandwidth that you require.
